I stumbled upon a nest of burrowing owls one day. I was fortunate I had my telephoto lens with me.
This image of the Hunting Adult is my favorite because of the way the strength, and majesty of the bird is captured.

Dean Birinyi is a residential and commercial interiors and architecture photographer based in San Francisco, CA. I began my career as a photographer in April of 1986.
