Detail of the Sundial Bridge at Turtle bay in Redding, CA.
I was impressed by the graceful flow of the lines and the strength of the design of this bridge. It spoke to me in way that I cannot describe.
I tried to capture my sense of that quite yet irresistible flow of energy emanating from the moorings of the bridge flowing out to the span.
I created over a dozen images interpreting the statements this bridge made to me. This being only one. There are more to come, check back again soon.

Dean Birinyi is a residential and commercial interiors and architecture photographer based in San Francisco, CA. I began my career as a photographer in April of 1986. My first job as a photographer was photographing baby portraits in K-Mart Department Stores. I loved the work but not the job.
